Terms of business will remain the same and in order to simplify matters we are introducing a "placing agent" policy which will mean that renewal commissions will be paid to the adviser who placed the unit investment on behalf of their client. For historic cases where the servicing agent is receiving renewal commission, then this will continue to be paid to them.
We have notified those life companies and financial supermarket platforms with which we are registered including EMX.
From 3 December 2007, the existing dealing line 0845 300 2101 will remain, but will now become the phone number for all unit dealing, valuation, and general enquiries.

We cannot guarantee that any deals sent to our old address after 30 November 2007 will be actioned in a timely manner, so it is important that the new address is used after this date.
